Analysis of Designer Drug Methylenedioxy-pyrovalerone by Gas liquid-mass Spectrometry and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文建立了策划药物亚甲基二氧吡咯戊酮(MDPV)的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用、液相色谱-质谱(LCMS)联用分析方法。利用GC-MS联用、LC-MS联用分析技术对MDPV进行分析,得到MDPV的GC-MS分析主要特征离子及LC-MS联用分析分子离子峰、二级质谱碎片峰、三级质谱碎片峰,并对各特征离子及碎片峰进行了归属研究,得到了MDPV的GC-MS联用、LC-MS联用分析的质谱裂解规律及特征离子。 A method applying gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and liquid chromatography-mass spec- trometry (LC-MS) for the analysis of designer drug methylenedioxy-pyrovalerone (MDPV) is described. MDPV was ana- lyzed by GC-MS and LC-MS. The character ions, parent ion and daughter ions of MDPV were all obtained and the rules of the analysis of MDPV by GC-MS and LC-MS were also discussed.
