摘要
以自合成的5.0μm单分散大孔亲水交联聚甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(PGMA-EDMA)微球为基质,与亚氨基二乙酸键合,合成了亲水性阳离子色谱固定相。用3.5 mmol/L甲烷磺酸作淋洗液,在流速为1.0 m L/min下,对二乙醇胺、Na+、NH4+、K+混合样及有机胺和铵离子混合样进行分离。将其用于黄纸板中阳离子的分离测定,与原子吸收法(AAS)对照,测定结果基本一致。
A hydrophilic weak acidic cation stationary phase was synthesized by chemical modification of iminodiacetic ac- id on the base of 5.0μm monodisperse macroporous hydrophilic poly (glycidylmethacrylate-co-ethylenedimethacrylate ) (PGMA EDMA) beads. The mixture of diethanolamine, Na+, K+ , ammonium (NH4+) and the mixture of organic amines and ammo- nium can be separated by the elution with 3.5mmol/L methyl vitriol at 1.0 mL/min. The column was used for the separation of cations from strawboard, The obtained result was consistant with that of AAS method, the effect of resolution is almost same.
