快速溶剂提取-气相色谱测定蔬菜中多种农药残留 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立一种快速溶剂提取(ASE)-气相色谱(GC)同时测定蔬菜中三氯杀螨醇(有机氯类)与多种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的新方法。方法:样品用环已烷:乙酸乙酯(1:1,V/V)提取,提取液经florisil固相萃取柱净化后,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)进行检测。结果:各农药在0.01、0.05、0.25mg/kg 3个添加水平上的平均回收率在90%以上,RSD在0.5-4.0%之间。结论:该方法测定蔬菜中三氯杀螨醇与拟除虫菊酯类农药多残留,快速、溶剂用量少,重现性好,能够满足蔬菜中有机氯与拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测要求。 Objective : A new medthod for the determination of organochlorines and pyrethroid pesticides (OCPs) muhiresi- dues in Tea by ASE-GC.Methods: Samples were extraced with thiacyclohexane-ethyl acetate (1:1) , and the extracts were purifide by solid-phase extraction using florisil asThe adsorbent . Analytes were determined by gas chromatography with electron detection (GC-ECD).Results:The recoveries obtained from samples Spiked with standards at the concen- tration levels of 0.01,0.05,0.25mg/kg were more than 90% , the relative standard deviations ( RSD ) were in the range of 0.5%-4.0%.Conclusion : The method of ASE-GC is fast, low cost and good reproduceability, can be used for determina- tion of organochloriness and pyrethroid pesticide multiresidues in Tea.
