电感耦合等离子体-质谱法同时测定渔业用水中9种元素

摘要 建立同时测定渔业用水中锑、砷、镉、铬、铅、汞、镍、硒、硼等9种元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的分析方法。采用碰撞反应界面技术消除多原子离子干扰。在线添加内标,基体匹配标准外标法定量。结果表明:9种元素线性关系良好(r≥0.999 0)。方法检出限为0.003~0.066μg/L,相同加标量下回收率在97.7%~102.7%之间,相对标准偏差为1.25%~3.30%。该方法简便、准确,完全能够满足渔业用水中微量元素的检测要求。 A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Sb,As,Cd,Cr,Pb,Hg,Ni,Se and B in aquaculture water by ICP-MS. The polyatomic ion effect was eliminated by collision reaction interface( CRI). The internal standard was added online,and quantified by matrix-matching of external standard method.The results showed that the nine elements had a good linear relationship( r≥0. 999). The detection limit of the method ranged from 0. 003μg /L to 0. 066μg /L. The recovery rate with same added quantity ranged from 97. 7% to 102. 7%,with relative standard deviations( RSDs,n = 7) from 1. 25% to 3. 30%.
