麝香保心丸对急性冠脉综合征患者血清MMP-2表达的影响

Effect of Heart Pill of Musk on Serum MMP-2 Level in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

为了研究麝香保心丸治疗对急性冠脉综合症(ACS)患者血清MMP-2水平的影响,将64例ACS患者随机分为常规治疗组及麝香保心丸治疗组(麝香保心丸组),观察治疗前后血清MMP-2水平的变化,并与22名正常对照组作比较。结果显示,ACS患者血清MMP-2水平较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),常规治疗组治疗后血清MMP-2较治疗前降低(P<0.05),而麝香保心丸组MMP-2较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且麝香保心丸组治疗后较常规治疗组下降明显(P<0.05)。因此得出结论:MMP-2不同程度参与ACS的病理生理进程;麝香保心丸对ACS患者的心血管保护作用与其显著降低MMP-2水平,从而稳定易损斑块的破裂,从而防止ACS的发生、发展。

To investigate the effect of Heart Pill of Musk on the serum MMP-2 level in the patients with acute coronary syndrome（ ACS）,64 patients were divided randomly into conventional therapy group and Heart Pill of Musk group. The levels of MMP-2 were evaluated by ELISA method before and 2 weeks after therapy,and the levels of the MMP-2 were compared with 22 normal controls. The results showed that the levels of serum MMP-2 in patients with ACS were higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01） and the levels of MMP-2 were decreased after treatment with conventional therapy（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of serum MMP-2 were decreased after treatment with Heart Pill of Musk therapy（ P〈0. 01）,with more significant effect compared with conventional therapy group（ P〈0. 05）. The results suggested that MMP-2 might be involved in the development of ACS,and Heart Pill of Musk might stable rupture of vulnerable plaques and preventing the occurrence and development of ACS by decreasing the secretion of MMP-2.
