摘要
本文介绍了锌精矿富氧流态化焙烧工艺,对富氧焙烧的反应机理、生产实践进行了详述。通过将空气焙烧和富氧焙烧进行对比,分析了富氧焙烧可行性及存在的问题,并对富氧焙烧技术在锌精矿焙烧上的应用进行了探讨和展望。
The oxygen-enriched fluidized roasting process of zinc concentrate was introduced, and the reaction mechanism and production practice of oxygen-enriched roasting were analyzed in detail. Based on the comparison of air roasting and oxygen-enriched roasting, the feasibility and limitations of oxygen-enriched roasting were analyzed, and the application of oxygen-enriched roasting process in roasting of zinc concentrate was discussed and prospec- ted.
