孕激素制剂种类繁多、应用广泛。为安全、合理、有效、经济地应用此类药物,本文综述孕激素的临床药理作用、制剂分类及常用孕激素的药理学和药物代谢动力学特点。
The drugs of progestin are diversified with multiple types, which have numerous clinical applications. For the purpose of safety and reasonable drug-consumption for progestin, this review summarizes the clinical pharmacological and pharmacokinetic characteristics of common progestin formulations.
