体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)使许多不孕夫妇获得生育机会,但异位妊娠的增加令医患双方困惑,其原因尚不明确。子宫蠕动和输卵管运动在人类生育过程起着极其重要的作用,此过程受理化因子及各神经递质等调控,特别是雌激素和孕激素。本文对IVF-ET后异位妊娠与雌激素、孕激素及子宫内膜蠕动波的关系做一探索。

Infertility couples can get pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. But it feels puzzled that ectopic pregnancy incidence is increased with unknown reason. The uterine peristalsis and uterine tube motion play an important role in human reproduction. This process is controlled by the factor and neurotransmitter, especially estrogen and progestin. This paper will explore the correlation between estrogen, progestin and ectopic pregnancy after embryo transfer.
