北京外籍教师医疗保险现状分析与对策

The Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures of Medical Insurance for Foreign Teachers in Beijing

为了解北京外籍教师医保现状,笔者对招用外籍教师的高等学校、中小学、国际学校及社会教育机构进行了问卷调查。通过调查结果的汇总分析,针对外籍教师医疗保险不统一、商业医疗保险差异大、管理制度不够健全规范等问题,提出了加强外教医疗保险制度建设、提升社会保险覆盖率、规范商业医疗保险管理、提高医疗服务质量、不断改善就医环境等对策建议。

In order to understand the current situation of medical insurance for foreign teachers in Beijing, we conducted a questionnaire survey on foreign teachers from colleges, primary and middle schools, international schools and social education institutions. For the problems of variation in medical insurance and commercial medical insurance, and the poor insurance management system, this study suggests intensifying the construction of medical insurance system for foreign teachers, enhancing the coverage of social insurance, standardizing the management of commercial medical insurance, enhancing the quality of medical services and continuously improving hospital environment.
