2013年,宁夏启动城乡居民大病保险试点,居民医保参保人员的住院医疗费用个人负担明显减轻,相比之下职工医保参保人员的待遇水平与缴费却显得不成正比。本文分析了大病保险政策对现行基本医疗保险制度造成的影响,提出了相应建议。

In 2013, a trial of a serious illness insurance for urban and rural residents in Ningxia was initiated, the cost of hospitalization and personal burden has been significantly reduced. In contrast, the level of reimbursement and payment for urban employees is out of portion.
