一株极端环境放线菌的次生代谢产物初步研究

A preliminary study of secondary metabolites strain in extreme environments actinomycetes

为了研究极端环境微生物次生代谢产物的多样性及生物活性,对一株极端环境放线菌的次生代谢产物进行了初步研究。通过对发酵上清液的粗提物进行分离提纯后共得到3个化合物,并对这些化合物进行了初步结构解析,为下一步生物活性的检测打下了基础。

In order to study the diversity of microbes in extreme environments and biological activity of secondary metabolites, secondary metabolites strain of actinomycetes in extreme environments were studied. By supernatant after fermentation separation and purification of crude extract were obtained three compounds, and these compounds were preliminary structural analysis, the next step is to detect biological activity of the foundation.
