数学专业毕业生就业意向调查研究——以保山学院为例

A Study of Graduation Employment Intentions of Mathematics Majors in Baoshan University

通过对保山学院2014届数学专业毕业生进行抽样调查,从就业准备、就业期望、就业心态、择业观四方面对就业意向进行统计分析,发现就业意向中理性与问题并存,针对问题,从家庭、学校和大学生个体视角等方面提出建议,以期帮助毕业生顺利就业。

The thesis mainly analyes the employment preparation,employment expectation, employment attitude and employment selection for senior students of mathematics majors in Baoshan University by sampling survey in 2014.Based on the obtained data, we describe the employment intentions by statistical analysis,there are the characteristics of the current employment of the majors graduates＇ intentions and problems. In order to help the graduates find a proper job,the article put forward the suggestions from the family,school and individual prospective.
