摘要
目的探讨不同乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因型与相关生化指标和HBV-DNA定量水平的相关性。方法采用DNA芯片技术,对216例HBV感染患者进行HBV基因型分型检测,同时检测血清HBV-DNA和肝功能指标。结果 216例患者中,HBV-B型138例(占63.89%,138/216),HBV-C型68例(占31.48%,68/216),HBV-B+HBV-C型混合感染8例(占3.70%,8/216),HBV-D型2例(占0.93%,2/216)。各基因型HBV感染者之间比较,HBV-DNA水平和肝功能指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该院患者HBV感染以HBV-B型为主,HBV-C型次之。
Objective To explore the relationship of the HBV genotypes with liver function indicators and HBV-DNA.Methods HBV genotypes were detected by DNA chips technology,and the serum levels of HBV-DNA and liver function indicators were determined.Results In all of the 216 cases of patients,there were 138 cases of HBV-B infection(63.89%,138/216),68 cases of HBV-C infection(31.48%,68/216),8cases of HBV-B and HBV-C mixed infection(3.70%,8/216),and 2cases of HBV-D infection(0.93%,2/216),respectively.Comparing among the patients infected by HBV with different genotypes,there was no significant difference in the levels of HBV-DNA and liver function indicators(P〉0.05).Conclusion The major genotype of HBV might be B genotype in the patients in the hospital,followed by C genotype.
