产KPC型碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌的检测与耐药状况分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解该院肺炎克雷伯菌产KPC型碳青霉烯(KPC酶)的情况。方法收集临床分离的肺炎克雷伯菌756株,采用K-B法进行药敏试验,筛选出耐碳青霉烯的肺炎克雷伯菌,采用改良的Hodge试验、PCR检测产KPC酶的肺炎克雷伯菌。结果在756株肺炎克雷伯菌中,检出耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌41株,进行Hodge试验,检出36株KPC酶阳性菌株,阳性率87.8%。PCR扩增检出KPC酶阳性菌株39株。结论该院内发现了产KPC酶的肺炎克雷伯菌,但其分型还有待于进一步检测。
