高等教育学专业博士研究生选拔问题研究——基于中国15所院校博士研究生招生目录的分析

Study on the Selection of Doctoral Postgraduates of Higher Education in China

通过统计国内15所院校博士研究生招生目录,对高等教育学博士研究生选拔问题进行研究,发现:东部招生的省份和院校数量最多,中部次之,西部最少;超过半数的院校设置了高等教育管理与高等教育原理招生方向;招生导师的数量以4-6人居多;多数院校以综合科目与专业方向科目相结合的方式考查报考者的理论素养和专业素养;多数院校不分专业方向设置外语考试科目,可选语种欠丰富。在此基础上,对院校的区域分布不均、招生方向优化、导师队伍调整、考试科目设置等问题进行探讨。

Through the collection and study of the statistics of admission catalogs and selection of doctoral candidates of higher education,it has been found out that： as to the enrollment number of provinces and institutions,the eastern part has the largest,followed by the central,and the western the least. More than half of the institutions set up the direction of the management of higher education and the principles of higher education. Admission tutors range mostly from 4 to 6. The evaluation of the theoretical knowledge and professionalism of the applicants is carried out through the combination of comprehensive and professional tests in most institutions. Most institutions offer English tests without the distinction of majors,but with few choices. Mover,the paper analyzes the regional maldistribution of universities,the optimization of the enrollment direction,the adjustment of the mentor team and the setting of test subjects.
