摘要
师范生"同课异构"训练模式,以差异性的对比和反思为基础,以不同的课例呈现形式为研究载体,为师范生教学研究和教学反思提供了更为有效的途径。文章探讨师范生教学能力自我诊断的意义和程序,通过对教学设计、教学技能和课堂教学等方面的自我诊断分析,提出促进师范生教学能力提升的自我诊断建议。
The"heterogeneous classes for the same lesson" training mode for normal university students provides a more effective way for normal students' teaching research and teaching reflection on the basis of the comparison and reflection of the difference with different teaching forms as the carrier. This paper discusses the significance and process of self- diagnosis of normal students' teaching ability,through the self- diagnostic analysis of teaching skills,instructional design and classroom teaching,to make recommendations to promote normal students' self- diagnostic capability.
