Reflection on Strengthening Young Teachers' Identity Education of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Colleges and Universities

增强对中国特色社会主义的理论认同、政治认同、情感认同是对当前高校青年教师思想政治教育面临的重要任务,抓好这项工作具有特殊重要性。为此,需从"外化—内化—外化"的基本过程,抓住"知—情—意—信—行"五个环节,以组织时代感强、特色鲜明的主题教育为切入点,营造氛围,搭建平台;抓先进,树典型,形成示范带动效应;坚持"三贴近",将"三个认同"教育融入学习、工作和生活实际,切实提高中国特色社会主义认同教育的针对性和实效性。

The enhancement of theoretical,political and emotional identity of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important task for the ideological and political education of young college teachers. It is of special significance. Therefore,to improve the＂three identities ＂ education of socialism with Chinese characteristics with pertinence and effectiveness we need to create the atmosphere and build a platform,to set typical examples to achieve demonstrative effect in providing theme education with distinctive characteristics of the time with the basic process of externalization,internalization and externalization and the five links,＂knowledge,emotion,meaning,belief and action＂ while adhering to the ＂three close to ＂,＂three identities＂ education in learning,work and real life.
