A Review on Rural Market Development in the Transition Period of Baoshan City

以保山为分析样本,介绍农村集市发展概况,并从内外因分析总结农村集市相对城市发展滞后的原因,提出相关建议:加大对"三农"转移支付的力度;鼓励本土人力资本参与本地农村自救和农村发展;通过政策支持和社会力量实现农民普惠式金融生态;处理好传统社会向现代社会转型过程出现的"内卷化"问题;落实保护农村本土人文特色前提下建设各具特点的新农村;重视土地对于农民的福利效应;改善农村基本医疗服务供给质量和效率;完善农村社会基本保障等。

This paper takes Baoshan area as a case to introduce the development and analyzes the reasons for rural market development general situation of rural market lagging behind city. It has been suggested in the paper that we should increase transfer payment in the Chinese government＇s rural policy, promote the local human resource participation in the aspects of the rural self-help and rural development, realize the common benefits-type financial ecology by policy support and social force, solve the involution from traditional society to the modern time, ensure the new rural constructions based on the local cultural characteristics, pay attention to the welfare effect of land for farmers and improve the rural basic medical care and perfects rural social basic security.
