摘要
当前,我国年宵花市场供应增长过快,产能过剩,销售价量双降,各地花卉消费结构发生明显变化,集团消费进一步下降,个人消费稳步增长。存在的突出问题有:生产以蝴蝶兰、凤梨、红掌、大花蕙兰等大宗产品为主,生产结构不尽合理;产品质量不高,同质化、劣质化现象严重;生产经营水平亟待提高;团体消费比重较大,消费结构长期扭曲,"卖难""买难"并存。今后,应加强宏观指导,促进产业转型升级;主动适应深度调整,积极完成企业转型升级;加强零售终端建设,提高市场营销水平;加强舆论宣传,积极培育消费市场。
At present, the market supply of flower during Lunar New Year in China grows too fast, so that the productivity has been over capacity and both the price and volume of sales have dropped signif- icantly. Consumption structure of domestic flower market has started to change. Institutional consump- tion is suffering severe drop continuously, while household consumption has been expanding steadily. The prominent problems of current flower market include the following aspects: the structure of flower production is not rational for Phalaenopsis, Bromeliad, Anthurium and Cymbidium dominate the flower market during Lunar New Year; flower products are relative underperformance and the phenomenon of similarity and low-quality of flower products is obvious ; it is urgent for enterprises to improve their pro- ductive and operative capacity; consumption structure has been distorted in its development for a long time; products are difficult to sell and buy. In the future, macro guidance should be reinforced in the flower industry and industrial restructuring and upgrading should be promoted; enterprises have to adapt themselves to this restructuring actively and strengthen retail terminal construction; it is necessary to grow the market by expanding publicity and guiding mass consumption.
