摘要
来华东南亚留学生多为学历生,具有以汉语为工具学习专业、汉语学习阶段与专业学习阶段出现"双层断带"现象、学习适应速度与生活适应速度反向发展等特点。针对这些问题,文章以接受理论为理论基础,提出培养汉语国际教师队伍,应在自我提高、建立"汉语国际教师+专业教师"队伍、组建科研团队等方面提出要求。
Most Southeast Asian students in China are students who pursue their academic degrees and so take Chinese as a tool in their majors with a "discontinuity" between Chinese learning and professional learning, and they possess good adaptability for life in China rather than for study. Therefore, requirements have been proposed that quality training for TCSL (teaching Chinese as a second language) teachers focus on self-improvement of the teachers and aim to establish a "TCSL teachers + professional teachers" group, organize a scientific research team and improve the level of teaching and scientific research.
