苦碟子治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效观察

目的 观察苦碟子治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效.方法 视网膜静脉阻塞患者65例,随机分为两组,治疗组35例,用苦碟子治疗,对照组30例,用血栓通治疗.结果 总有效率治疗组为80％,对照组为46.88％,两组比较差异有显著性,x2=6.62,0.01＜P＜0.05.结论 苦碟子对治疗视网膜静脉阻塞有较好作用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sowthistle leaf ixeris seedling on retinal vein occlusion （RVO）. Methods 65 cases of RVO were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group with. 35 cases was treated with sowthistle leaf ixeris seedling, and the control group with 30 cases was treated with Xueshuantong. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 80% compared with 46.77% in control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion Sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling was effective for RVO.
