辛芷滴鼻液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的疗效观察

Observation of effect on chronic rhinosinusitis with Xinzhi Naristillae

目的 观察辛芷滴鼻液治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎（Chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS）伴或不伴息肉（CRSwNP or,CRSsNP）患者的临床疗效.方法 选择2011年3月-2013年3月我院诊治慢性鼻鼻窦炎患者598例,随机分为对照组及辛芷滴鼻液组,对照组给予丙酸氟替卡松、罗红霉素治疗;辛芷滴鼻液组除上述治疗外给予辛芷滴鼻液滴鼻每鼻3滴,1日3次;每组于治疗前和治疗4、8、12、16周分别给予视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale/Score,简称VAS）及鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20（SNOT-20）评分,结果 对照组及辛芷滴鼻液组VAS评分及SNOT-20评分较治疗前降低,且辛芷滴鼻液组降低更明显,差异具有统计学意义;结论 辛芷滴鼻液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎有治疗作用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of xinzhi naristillae on treating the patients which were CRSwNP or CRSsNP. Methods Choose 598 case of CRS patients in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013. They were randomly divided into control group and xinzhi naristillae group. The control group was given thearapy of fluticasone propionate and roxithromycin. In addition to above, the other group was given three drops xinzhi naristillae on each nose and three times a day. Each group were given score with VAS and SNOT-20 before treatment,the fourth week,eighth,12th, and after treatment. Results The score of VAS and SNOT-20 between control group and xinzhi naristillae group decreased compared with the score before treatment, and xinzhi naristillae group significantly decreased. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion xinzhi naristillae have a therapeutic effect on CRS.
