C反应蛋白在老年脑梗死中检测的临床价值分析

The clinical value of C-reactive protein in the detection of cerebral infarction in elderly

目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)在老年脑梗死检测中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院神经内科2011年4月-2012年3月收治的65例(排除有多次发病患者)经临床确诊为脑梗死的老年患者临床资料,并作为观察组采用美国Beckman Unicel DXC800全自动生化分析仪免疫比浊法测定其血清CRP水平,同时应用同样方法随机采集前来体检的健康体检者60例作为对照组。观察对比2组血清CRP水平变化。结果观察组CRP平均浓度为(12.37±3.14)mg/L,明显高于对照组的(6.12±1.69)mg/L(P<0.01)。神经功能缺损程度为轻度患者血清hs-CRP浓度变化不大,但中度和重度患者则显著上升(P<0.01)。大梗死病灶患者的血清hs-CRP浓度明显高于中梗死病灶和小梗死病灶患者(P<0.01),而后两者间对比则差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论血清CRP水平升高与脑梗死存在关联,CRP水平升高可作为缺血性脑梗死严重程度的危险因子。检测老年脑梗死患者血清CRP水平对脑梗死早期诊断、判断病情程度和预后有着重要的临床参考价值。

Objective to investigate the serum level of C reactive protein（CRP）in elderly patients with cerebral infarction in the clinical application value of detection.Methods a retrospective analysis of 65？cases in our hospital from2011 April to 2012 March in Department of internal medicine were（exclude many patients diagnosed as clinical data）in elderly patients with cerebral infarction,and as the observation group were treated with American Beckman Unicel DXC800 automatic biochemical analyzerimmune serum CRP levels were measured by turbidimetry,and use the same method of random sampling come to medical examination of 60 cases of healthy people as control group.Changes of serum CRP levels in the 2groups were observed and compared.Results in the observation group,the average concentration of CRP was（12.37±3.14）mg/L,significantly higher than that of the control group（6.12±1.69）mg/L（P〈0.01）.The degree of neural function defect concentration changes of serum hs-CRP in patients with mild to moderate and severe patients is not big,butincreased significantly（P〈0.01）.The concentration of serum hs-CRP in patients withcerebral infarction was higher than that in the cerebral infarction and infarctionpatients（P〈0.01）,and then the difference between the two comparison is not obvious（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Elevated serum CRP levels are associated with cerebral infarction,elevated CRP levels may be a risk factor of ischemic stroke severity.The level of serum CRP detection in patients with cerebral infarction in the elderly has importantclinical value in the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction,judging the severity of disease and prognosis.
