2型糖尿病血糖及血脂变化情况对甲状腺癌发生的影响研究

Effects of type 2 diabetes blood sugar and blood lipid changes occurring thyroid cancer

目的研究2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平变化与甲状腺癌(PTC)发病之间的关系。方法选取我院2010年1月至2012年12月之间收治住院及门诊追踪的160例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照糖尿病病情轻重情况划分为轻症组和重症组各80例,选取同期80例健康体检者作为对照组。对三组血糖、血脂水平及甲状腺癌发病情况进行对比分析。结果三组间GLU、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的差异,均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);轻症组和重症组FT3的水平均低于对照组(P值均<0.05),TSH水平均高于对照组(P值均<0.05);轻症组出现3例甲状腺癌,发病率为3.75%;重症组出现5例甲状腺癌,发病率为6.25%;对照组出现1例,发病率为1.25%,三组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平与甲状腺癌发生之间存在密切相关性,甲状腺癌的发病率随血糖、血脂水平异常程度升高,但对其作用机制尚需进一步研究。

Objective To study the blood sugar,the relationship between the incidence of type 2diabetes and blood lipid levels in thyroid carcinoma（PTC）.Methods in our hospital between January 2010 to December 2012 admitted to inpatient and outpatient tracked 160 patients with type 2diabetes as an object of study,according to the severity of diabetes cases are divided into mild and severe groups each group 80 cases,select the same period 80 healthy volunteers as a control group.Three groups of blood glucose and lipid levels and the incidence of thyroid cancer were analyzed.Results The difference between the three groups GLU,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;In mild group and severe group FT3 levels were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,TSH levels were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;The results appear 3cases of thyroid cancer in mild group,the incidence rate was3.75%;severe group had five cases of thyroid cancer,the incidence rate was 6.25%;1case in the control group,the incidence rate was 1.25%.there was no significant difference between three groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Type 2diabetes blood sugar,blood lipid levels between thyroid cancer and is closely correlated with the incidence of thyroid cancer in blood glucose,the degree of abnormal lipid levels increased,but its mechanism needs further study.
