感染性腹泻病患儿T淋巴细胞亚群及血清IL-23、IL-17的水平变化 被引量:4

摘要 感染性腹泻病是儿科的常见病,我国其主要病原为致泻性大肠杆菌、志贺氏菌、空肠弯曲菌、沙门氏菌、轮状病毒、诺沃克病毒,仍以细菌性病原体感染为主。感染性腹泻病容易导致患儿脱水、酸中毒、电解质紊乱,迁延或慢性感染性腹泻尚可造成营养不良,影响患儿生长发育。目前认为,感染诱导的免疫应答在感染性腹泻病的发生发展中起到重要的作用。
