摘要
基于多体系统理论和齿轮啮合理论,根据六轴联动数控机床结构和实际磨削情况,建立了六轴联动面齿轮磨削含误差的齿面方程。将仿真误差结果与面齿轮实测齿面偏差做了分析,显示二者的误差趋势基本一致。这对面齿轮的的齿面误差修正和数控磨削误差补偿提高加工精度提供了理论依据。
Based on the theory of multi-body system and gear meshing,according to the sixaxis linkage gear grinding machine with the actual conditions of grinding,the tooth surface error equation of six-axis linkage gear grinding machine is established.The contrast analysis of the simulation results with the measured error of face gear tooth surface deviation is carried out,and the two error trends are basically identical.This work provides theory basis of tooth surface error correction of face gear and error compensation of numerical control grinding to improve the machining precision.
