摘要
以某汽车皮带传动系统为对象,建立包含两皮带轮、皮带及单向离合器的振动模型,运用数值分析的方法,研究了皮带传动系统的振动特性及单向离合器对皮带传动系统振动特性的影响。分析结果表明:输入轴和皮带轮的角位移、位移及离合器的力矩都呈现周期性变化;单向离合器可以减小输入轴、皮带轮的振动及传动系统中离合器的力矩,并改变其运动形式;皮带轮和输入轴及皮带上下跨度共振区域基本一致,但皮带轮与输入轴的共振区域比皮带共振区域宽。
The vibration models of a automobile belt drive system contains of two pulley,the belt and one-way clutch are established,by using numerical analysis method,the vibration characteristic of the belt drive system and the effect of one-way clutch on the belt drive system vibration characteristics are studied.The analysis results show that the input shaft and the pulley angular displacement,displacement and the clutch torque show cyclical changes,the one-way clutch can reduce the vibration of the input shaft,pulley and the clutch torque of transmission system,and change its motion form,the pulley and the input shaft and belt span resonance region are basically identical,but the pulley and the input shaft resonance region than the belt resonance region wide.
