摘要
针对齿轮传动系统中各齿轮啮合点和轴承对润滑需求量不同,用网络建模法对某型发动机齿轮传动机匣润滑系统进行了多方案的仿真对比分析。计算出整个流路中各点压力和各喷点的流量,对喷嘴结构进行了改进设计,得到各润滑点的实际供油需求量,以进一步指导齿轮传动机匣供油系统润滑方案的最佳设计。同时,对仿真分析结果进行了试验验证,计算结果可以作为设计输入,进一步指导和约束流量试验。
With respect to the oil flux demand among gear mesh points and bearings within gear transmission system,simulation and analysis among several lubrication systems for the specific aircraft engine gearbox are conducted by using network modeling method.Oil pressure and volume flux is calculated.The oil jet structure is improved to get actual volume flux.The simulation results is verified with experiments to be the guidance of further flux experiment.
