摘要
针对某型实训设备的开发工作应用MATLAB软件对该实训设备的非共点六连杆传动机构进行了受力分析,并根据分析结果对该非共点六连杆传动机构进行了强度校核,给出了该机构几何尺寸的下限,为下一步的零件设计工作提供了依据。将MATLAB与受力计算、强度校核相结合,参数修改方便,大大缩短了设备受力分析和强度校核工作的时间。
The force analysis of non-concurrent point six-bar linkage transmission mechanism in a training equipment design is carried out based on MATLAB,and according to the analysis results,the strength checking for the non-concurrent point six-bar linkage mechanism is conducted,and the dimension limit is given for the part design.The using of MATLAB in force analysis and strength checking make the work become convenient and more efficient.
