摘要
针对国内自主创新研发的平压平模切机全清废机构在提高运转速度后运转稳定性下降,出现振动及噪声的问题。采用ADAMS对全清废机构仿真,绘制主要运动构件的运动仿真曲线。在分析曲线特性的基础上,对全清废机构的驱动凸轮进行改进设计,提出了利用ADAMS设计凸轮的新方法。仿真改进后的模型,绘制运动仿真曲线。通过比较改进前后同种曲线的优劣特性验证了改进设计的可行性,对改善设备在提高运转速度后的运转稳定性和后续研究都具有积极作用。
In order to solve the decline stability of the fall-clearing mechanism of a platen diecutting machine made independently with innovation when the running speed is increased.The simulation of the fall-clearing mechanism is carried out by using ADAMS,the motion simulation curves of main mechanism is drawn.The improved design of the drive cam of the fall-clearing mechanism is carried out based on the analysis of curve characteristic,the new way of using ADAMS to design the cam is proposed.The improved model is simulated and stimulation curve is drawn.The feasibility of the improved design is verified by comparing initial curve advantage and characteristic with improved ones.It is positively helpful to improve the stability of machine when the running speed is increased and also further study.
