试验台试验所得数据是改进联轴器的设计和制造工艺的重要依据。针对现有实验装置存在的不足,设计一种多功能万向联轴器试验台,通过试验能比较精确地得出万向联轴器的效率、最大许用偏移、寿命、承载能力、最大许用转速及同步性。该设计的重点是耗能装置的选择,增加了偏移机构。提高了试验台的性能,增加了试验台的适用范围。

The data from the test is an important basis for improving the design and manufacturing process of coupling.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing experimental device,a multi function test bench for cardan coupling is designed,through the test,the efficiency,the maximum allowable deviation,life,bearing capacity,the maximum permissible speed and synchronization of cardan coupling can be accurately got.The design focus is the energy dissipation device selection,increased deflection distance mechanism.The performance test platform is improved,the application scope of test bench is increased.
