Structure Design of a Safety Coupling

设计了一种新型安全联轴器,给出了结构图,分析了工作原理。该联轴器借助滚珠式的结构,达到了安全限扭的作用,并利用绝缘套和绝缘垫片,使主、从动轴之间绝缘。对其进行了受力分析,确定了联轴器的打滑转矩。利用SolidWorks simulation对结构的强度进行了分析。

A new type of safety coupling is designed,the structure drawing is provided and the operating principle is analyzed.The coupling with the help of rolling balls type structure,safety purpose is achieved,the insulating bush and insulating spacer are used to make the driving axle and driven axle insulated.The coupling force analysis is carried out and the slipping torque moment is confirmed.By using the Solidworks simulation,the structure strength is analyzed.
