摘要
原矿为低硅碳酸盐型胶磷矿,脉石以白云石为主,通过正浮选和反浮选试验,确定了一粗一扫的反浮选试验流程,P2O5品位为20.11%的原矿经过浮选得到了P2O5品位33.95%、回收率62.06%的合格磷精矿产品。
The direct and reverse flotation tests were conducted on the low silicon carbonate collophanite as crude ore with the gangues being mainly dolomite to determine that the reverse flotation flowsheet comprises one roughing and one scavenging stage.The crude ore with grade of 20.11%could produce by flotation the desired phosphate concentrate products with grade of33.95% with the recovery of 62.06%.
