磷矿废水处理系统改造在昆阳浮选厂的工业应用

Transformation of phosphate waste water treatment system in Kunyang Flotation Plant

云南磷化集团昆阳450万t/a浮选厂对磷矿废水处理系统进行了改造。据统计废水处理系统改造前回水利用率为67.71%,生产用水费用约5.13元/t(原矿计),改造后废水利用率提高了21.65%,生产用水费用降低了1.15元/t(原矿计),降低了生产成本。

Transformation of the waste water treatment system in 4.5 Mt/a flotation plant in Kunyang Phosphate Mine of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group was made.Based on the statistics,prior to the transformation,the return water utilization ratio was 67.71%and the cost of process water 5.13yuan/t（in terms of run-of-mine ore）and after the transformation,with the waste water utilization rate up 21.65%,the cost of process water was reduced by 1.15yuan/t（in terms of run-of-mine ore）,resulting in less production costs.
