摘要
铁路客运网络的日趋完善及铁路发展改革的要求,使铁路与地方交通部门充分协调,提供人性化、现代化的服务愈显重要。通过对广州铁路(集团)公司的调研,分析铁路与地方交通部门协调配合现状,阐述在日常应急联动反应机制、日常协调、交通方式衔接、春运运输组织模式、信息共享、车站站外广场综合治理等方面存在的不足,提出建立联络机制及定期会商制度、完善应急响应机制、构建综合交通信息查询平台、建立交通资讯综合发布机制等措施,为实行路地协调的常态化发展提供借鉴。
For the gradual improvement of passenger transport network and the requirement on railway development reform,the full coordination between railway and local traffic departments becomes more and more important,and the same as railway providing humanized and modern service.Through investigation by Guangzhou Railway(Group) Corporation,this paper analyzes the status of coordination between railway and local traffic departments,expounds the deficiencies in the aspects of mechanism of daily emergent linking response,daily coordination,connection of traffic modes,transport organization modes in Spring Festival,information sharing and comprehensive management of the square outside station.The paper also puts forward measures on establishing liaison mechanism and periodical conference-holding system,improving emergent response mechanism,building information querying platform of comprehensive transportation and establishing comprehensive issuing mechanism of traffic information,all of these provide reference for implementing normalized development of rail-road coordination.
