盾壳霉发酵物拌种对植物萌发的影响

Fermentation of Coniothyrium minitans and Its Effects on Seeds Germination of Some Plants

对盾壳霉进行固体发酵,并研究了盾壳霉固体发酵物拌种对4种作物种子萌发的影响。结果表明,麦麸对黄瓜、油菜、莴苣、向日葵种子的萌发无促进作用;麦麸发酵物对油菜、莴苣种子的萌发有促进作用,对黄瓜、向日葵种子的萌发无促进作用。

Coniothyrium minitans was fermented media. The effect of seed dressing with solid-state formulations on seeds germination were carried out. The results showed that there were no promoting effects on seeds germination of cucumber, lettuce, oilseed rape and sunflower. Seed dressing with solid-state preparations of C. minitozts cultured with wheat bran had a stimulatory effect on seeds germination of oilseed rape and lettuce and no promoting effects of cucumber and sunflower.
