摘要
用大型非线性动力学分析软件DYNA对现有的双圆弧齿轮模型进行了不同转速下的有限元分析,分析其轮齿接触应力在不同转速下的动态变化过程,并列出了详细的分析步骤,得出接触应力随着转速的增加而增大的结论。与同尺寸的渐开线齿轮相比,接触应力显著降低,符合实际结果。
The nonlinear dynamic analyzing software DYNA was used to perform the finite element analysis of the double circular tooth gears at different speeds,and the dynamic changes of the contact stress at different rotating speeds were analyzed.The detailed analytical method and procedures were introduced.The contact stress increased with the rotating speed.The contact stress was lower compared with that of the same size involute gear,and this accord with the actual results.
