摘要 设计了便携式混药浓度在线检测装置。以发光二极管为光源,电荷耦合器为信号接收元件,通过信号处理单元,提高检测的稳定性和可靠性。以有机玻璃为材质,构建了流道的结构和尺寸,同时利用遮光箱,避免外界光的干扰。对9组标准溶液进行平均有效灰度―浓度负对数的拟合中,拟合度为0.9924。用于3组混药浓度检测时,发现检测结果与紫外可见法检测结果一致,说明该方法可靠,稳定性高。 This device can guide pesticide spraying in real time,improve the liquid utilization rate and enhance working efficiency.Using light-emitting diode as light source and charge coupled device as signal receiver,its sensitivity has been enhanced and stability has been improved via signal processing step.Benefited from the light permeability of organic glass,the construction of the flow channel was fabricated and the size was determined.With the shading box,interference from outside light was avoided.In the fitting of the average effective gray and the negative logarithm of 9 group standard solutions,the degree is0.9924.It was applied in 3 sample detections and the results were in accordance with those obtained by the comparative UV-vis method,which proved this method was reliable and highly stable.
