应用于植物工厂的温度监控制器设计 被引量:1

摘要 为提高植物工厂温度调控精度,本文基于STM32F103ZET6嵌入式平台设计了针对植物工厂的高精度温度调控系统。采用高精度温度传感器Tsic506对植物工厂内的环境温度进行实时监测;设计了以PID算法为核心的温度调控模式,通过调控调温设备的导通时间,控制调温设备的发热量从而调节植物工厂内温度环境。试验表明,该调控系统调温速度较快,且调温误差较小,具备较好的调温效果。 In order to improve the precision of temperature control,based on STM32F103ZET6 embedded platform,this paper designed high precision tem-perature control system in plant factory.We used high precision temperature sensor Tsic506 to monitor the real-time environment temperature in plant factory,designed with PID algorithm as the core model of temperature control,controlled thermostat so as to adjust the temperature environment in plant factory through the regulation of turn-on time.Experiment result demonstrates that the control system regulating speed,and temperature error is small,it has good ef-fect of temperature control.
