摘要
以"SS4B"型电力机车辅助变流器的研制为背景,重点研究其后级逆变器的驱动电路。对目前市场上较为流行的几款IGBT驱动芯片进行拓扑设计,并对各个驱动方案进行比较分析,最终采用以IGD515为核心的驱动电路为辅助变流系统后级逆变器的驱动方案。
Taking SS4 B electric locomotive auxiliary converter as development background,the drive circuit of the backward stage inverter was detailed studied.The topology designs of several driver ICs for IGBT which were popular in the market were designed,and comparative analyses of all driver programs were made.Finally,the IGD515-based driver circuit was adopted as the auxiliary converter stage inverter driver program.
