摘要 分析了无刷直流电机应用于农用电动车的特点,介绍了无刷直流电机数学模型、PWM变频控制技术和转速电流闭环控制,建立了以Cy8c24533为控制核心的无刷直流电机控制系统,介绍了系统主要的软硬件设计流程。对控制系统样机进行了实验研究,研究结果表明该系统性能良好,可以满足农用电动车的使用需求。 The characteristic of brushless dc motor applied in agricultural electric vehicle was analyzed,the numerical modal of brushless dc motor,PWM variable frequency control technology and speed current closed-loop control were introduced.The brushless dc motor control system was built with Cy8c24533 as control core.The design process of hardware and software were discussed.Experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this PMSM control system.
