Numerical simulation on combustion process of biodiesel-diesel mixed fuel for high pressure common rail diesel engine

摘要 利用CFD分析软件FIRE对高压共轨柴油机燃用柴油生物柴油混合燃料的燃烧过程进行模拟,通过建立三维仿真模型研究掺烧后的燃烧特性,并对模型的准确性进行了验证。计算了生物柴油掺比对发动机燃烧过程中缸内压力、累积放热量、放热率等的影响;模拟出使用不同配比混合燃料时高压共轨柴油机的性能。模拟结果得出:燃料的十六烷值和含氧量对缸内压力和放热率的影响较大,B10具有最佳的动力性和经济性。 CFD simulation tool FIRE was used to simul ate the combustion process,and a 3D simulation model was established to study the combustion characteristic of the mixed fuel,and the accuracy of this modal was validated.The influences of the mixing ratio of biodiesel on the in-cylinder pressure,accumulated heat release and heat release rate and so on were calculated.The performances of the diesel engine used different mixed fuel were simulated.The cetane number and the oxygen proportion of the fuel have great effect on the in-cylinder pressure and the heat release rate,B10 has the best dynamic and economic performance,and is the best mixed rate fuel.
