摘要
设计一种甘草分离和输送装置,说明其设计要求和基本结构,通过试验研究辊筒转速、辊筒直径、分离装置倾角等因素在不同水平参数组合时对甘草与土壤分离效果的影响,并确定最优水平组合为辊筒转速255r/min,辊筒直径60mm,分离装置倾角15°。试验表明该装置分离效果良好,工作稳定可靠。
The device is an important part of licorice harvester,and was used to separate licorice from soil and transport licorice.The design requirement and basic structure were illustrated.The influence of roller speed,diameter,and the separation device angle on separating licorice from soil in different combina-tions of horizontal parameters was researched through experiment.The optimal combination was identified as roller speed 255r/min,roller diameter 60 mm,separation device angle 15°.This mechanism has stable performance and reliable operation.
