摘要
研究了花生白藜芦醇清除DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的能力及抗脂质氧化能力,并对其活性与Vc、BHT进行了比较。结果表明:花生白藜芦醇的抗氧化能力随着其浓度的增加而增强,但其抗氧化活性较Vc、BHT小。
The capability of peanut resveratrol without DPPH radical,hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical was studied as well as its anti lipid oxi-dant capability.Its activity was compared with Vc and BHT.The antioxidant ability of peanut resveratrol increases with the concentration,but is lower than Vc and BHT.
