摘要
以研发传统型生物质成型燃料加工机组为试验对象,通过样机试验研究影响生物质成型率的因素,即原料粒度、含水率、种类、压辊压力和成型模具尺寸等,试验得原料粒度适度小、含水率取16%、成型前需软化、压辊压力取10Mpa、平模模孔的长径比为1:3.8、模孔的表面渗碳深度大于3毫米,提高生物质成型率,另外,提出生物质燃料加工装备的完善方案。
The traditional biomass briquette processing unit was taken as the test object.Through prototype test,the influencing factors of biomass forming rate were researched,such as the granularity of raw materials,water content,species,roller pressure,molding die size and so on.The biomass forming rate was greatly improved when the particle size was small,water content was 16%,material was softened before forming,roller pressure was 10 Mpa,the lengthdiameter ratio of flat die hole was 1:3.8 and the depth of die holes surface was greater than 3 mm.Besides,the improved plans of biomass fuel processing e-quipment were proposed.
