相变材料在猪床中应用的模拟

摘要 选取癸酸和月桂酸为二元混合物制作猪舍加温地板。使用ANSYS软件对加热地板的温度场进行数值模拟,通过模拟得到:水的温度越高,模拟得到的地板表面温度越高;水温60℃时,相变材料的加温地板比普通的加温地板表面温度要高;地板表面的温度随着地板中含癸酸的比例增加而升高,当癸酸的比例达到一定值时,地板表面温度随癸酸的比例增加而保持基本不变;相变材料加温地板表面温度比普通加温地板表面温度和相变石膏板与上层C20混凝土接触面的温度恒定。 The phase change materials(PCM) have the function of temperature control and energy storage.Its application provides a new and reliable way to build a comfortable piggery with energy saving.The capric acid and lauric acid mixture were used to make the heating floor.Its temperature field was simu-lated by using the ANSYS software.(1) the higher the water temperature,the higher the floor surface temperature;(2) When the water temperature is 60 ℃,the minimum temperature of the heating floor surface with phase change materials is higher than that of the common heating floor;(3) Floor surface temper-ature increases with capric acid proportion;when the canoic acid ratio reaches a certain value,the floor surface temperature remains unchanged as capric acid proportion increasing;(4) the temperature of the heating floor surface with phase change materials is more constant than ordinary heated floor surface and the interface between phase-change plasterboard and upper C20 concrete.
