摘要 在深入调查研究基础上,充分借鉴国内外职业教育的成功经验,依据产业转型升级背景下对模具类创新型高技能人才的需求,突破性地构建了以校企合作、工学结合为基础的"一个对接,四综培养,四步循环,三位一体"模具类创新型高技能人才培养模式,阐明了以校企合作"动态订单对接"为基础,以"综合实践能力、综合创新能力、综合协作能力和综合服务能力"为培养目标,以"工学循环、教做循环、学练循环和做创循环"为教学形式,以工学结合"学习、研究、工作一体"为基本依托的创新人才培养方法与途径的基本理论。论文研究成果为当前产业转型升级背景下江西乃至全国职业院校高技能人才培养模式的改革与创新提供了可借鉴的参考范例,对进一步推动职业技术教育更加科学规范可持续发展具有一定理论价值和积极现实意义。 On the basis of deep investigation and study,the successful experience of vocational education at home and abroad was fully considered.According to the demand of module innovative high-skilled talented personnel in the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,the mode of " a docking,four harness,four-step cycle,trinity" based on university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning was built up.The university-enterprise cooperation was built on " docking dynamic order",aimed to cultivate " comprehensive practice ability,innovation ability,cooperation ability and the comprehensive service ability",used " engineering practice circulation and circulation,teaches do loop,do a cycle" as teaching form,adopted work-integrated learning " learn,study and work" as the basic support.This provides reference for the high-skilled personnel training mode reform and innovation in Jiangxi province under the current industrial transformation and upgrading background and even in the national vocational colleges.It has certain theory value and positive practical significance to further promote the scientific,standardized and sustainable development of the vocational and technical education.
