新农村建设视角下的大学生农机手人才培养研究

Research on agricultural hand cultivation in college students from the perspective of new rural construction

新农村建设要实现农业现代化,就必实现农业机械化,而农业机械化需要一大批高素质、高技能的农机手。本文分析了我国当前新农村建设中农机手的现状,阐述了大学生农机手对实现农业机械化和建设新农村的重要意义,提出了加强大学生农机手培育的措施。

The agricultural mechanization is necessary to realize agricultural modernization in new rural construction,and the mechanization of agriculture needs a large number of high-quality,high skilled agricultural hands.The current situation of agricultural hand in the construction of new countryside was analyzed,the important significance of realizing agricultural hand on agricultural mechanization and new rural construction was expounded,and the measures of strengthening the agricultural hand cultivation in college students were put forward.
