摘要
基于线弹性工程理论对S型折叠模型进行了研究,推导得到相邻接触薄膜反弹力与薄膜间距的关系式.利用ABAQUS,采用隐式静力法对薄膜折叠过程进行了数值模拟.采用连续加载和分级加载对50和125μm薄膜进行弹性返复与弹塑性返复折叠试验,测得了薄膜反弹力与薄膜间距的关系曲线和薄膜折叠间距的蠕变量.通过单轴拉伸试验测得薄膜应力应变曲线及其力学参数,并应用于模型的理论分析和数值模拟分析.3种方法所得的薄膜反弹力与薄膜间距的关系曲线具有较好的一致性,表明了一维近似理论的合理性和数值模拟的有效性.
The relationship between contact force of the adjacent film and layer pitch of the S-fold model was deduced based on linear-elastic engineering theory.The numerical simulation analysis of the folding process was conducted in implicit static method with ABAQUS.Considering continuous and grading loading conditions,repeated elastic and elastic-plastic folding experiments on 50μm and 125μm film specimens were conducted to acquire the P-hcurve and the creep displacement(Δh).The stress-strain curve and mechanical parameters of the film were obtained from uniaxial tensile tests,which were then applied to theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The consistency of P-hcurve obtained from the three approaches shows that the one-dimensional approximate theory is reasonable and the numerical simulation is effective.
