开炼机混炼工艺参数对天然橡胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过青岛科技大学自制的XK-160 E型开炼机智能炼胶实验平台考察了开炼机辊距、辊筒转速、辊筒速比、辊筒温度和混炼时间5个工艺参数对天然橡胶(NR)混炼胶门尼黏度及炭黑分散度、硫化胶物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,各因素对NR混炼胶门尼黏度影响从大到小的顺序依次为混炼时间、辊筒转速、辊筒温度、辊距、辊筒速比,要降低门尼黏度,可以适当延长混炼时间,减小辊筒转速,同时适当减小辊距,提高辊筒温度;各因素对NR混炼胶炭黑分散度的影响从大到小的顺序依次为混炼时间、辊筒速比、辊距、辊筒转速和辊筒温度,要提高炭黑分散度,可以适当地延长混炼时间,减小辊筒速比,同时减小辊距,适当降低辊筒温度;各因素对NR硫化胶300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度等的影响都存在1个最佳值。 The effects of process parameters of open mill including roller nip,roller speed,roller speed ratio,roller temperature and mixing time on Mooney viscosity,carbon black dispersion of natural rubber( NR)compound and mechanical properties of NR vulcatizates were investigated using XK-160 intelligent open mill mixing experimental platform developed by Qingdao University of Science and Technology. The results showed that the effect order of process parameters on Mooney viscosity from large to small was mixing time,roller speed, roller temperature, roller nip, roller speed ratio,and the Mooney viscosity could be reduced by extending mixing time and roller speed,appropriately reducing roller nip and improving roller temperature at the same time. The effect order of process parameters on carbon black dispersion from strong to weak was mixing time,roller speed ratio,roller nip,roller speed,roller temperature,and the carbon black dispersion could be improved by extending mixing time,decreasing roller speed ratio,roller nip and roller temperature. And the effects of process parameters on modulus at 300%,tensile strength and tear strength all had a best value.
